Christmas Spirit?

You may have noticed that all the candidates are promoting "feel good" Christmas messages, that is, except Hillary Clinton. She is concentrating on attacking her Democratic opponents. Surprise! Surprise!

It is important for us to remember that ALL of the candidates are human beings, just like you and me. They have their good points and their bad points and NONE of them are perfect.

But what we need to concentrate on, as Christians (conservative or otherwise), is what positions they advocate.

The time is getting short before the first primaries. Now is the time for you to familiarize yourself with where each candidate stands on EACH ISSUE.

While you are preparing for holiday get-togethers, don't forget to inform yourself about the issues important to the election. When Uncle Harry starts advocating certain candidates at Christmas dinner, you want to have intelligent and informed answers for everyone.

Perhaps you can sway some family members to remember to vote for what they say they believe.
